Day 2, March, 23, 2015

Breakfast
1 Applegate savory turkey patty
1 1/2 fried eggs  (I hate yolk and I'm trying to force myself to eat them)
coffee+coconut milk + honey

AM Snack  (meeting went late so couldn't eat lunch yet)
2 clementines
1 pack Emeralds cocoa almonds

Lunch
mixed greens + Gala apple slices + pecans + Applegate grilled chicken strips + lemon juice
baby carrots + sugar snap peas

Dinner 
Salmon
Rosemary potatoes 
Pineapple

P.S.  Had the hardest time getting off the couch with a snuggling dog at my side to make tomorrow's lunch but I did it. Don't judge the pre-sliced apples. You gotta do what you gotta do sometimes to make better choices.
